So i've come to realize that my procrastination habits have gotten worse since college.  A perfect example would be this blog.  I had the entire week to write two paragraphs of whatever is on my mind, and i decide to do it two hours before the due time.  I really need to get it together.  Maybe i'm having too much fun.  Someone mentioned to me that it really helps if you study a little every night so you won't be freaking out the night before, like i usually do.  I never in my life thought that a western civ test would be difficult, however when i signed up for classes during orientation, i didn't realize that i chose the hardest western civ teacher at MC..lucky me.  After studying the night before, i felt like i was going to be in good shape.  I memorized all of the main subjects we covered in class and even got together with a study group (which i have never done before) and i was determined to get an A.  As soon as i was handed the test paper i almost chocked on my gum.  There were some questions on the test that made absolutely NO sense to me.  At one point during the multiple choice section i started to play "Eeni meenie minie moe" with answers B and C.  I have not yet seen my results and honestly, i'm slightly afraid to see them.  If this one turns out the way i expect, hopefully the professor will let us drop the lowest grade of the semester.
I'm pretty excited about rush this week.  At first i was a little apprehensive, and wondered if i would have time with my schedule to fit anything else in without having some kind of nervous break down.  But after watching the skits this weekend i'm pretty much in love with all of the tribes.  I think thursday is when you find out which tribe you'll be in.  Or i think they call it squeal night..don't quote me on that.

i know exactly what you mean i am a procrastinator as well and i have a hard time making myself sit down and do my work. i have sort of disciplined myself to do it but there are still those subjects that i just cant seem to grasp no matter how hard i try. good blog. very easy reading!

I'm pretty much amazing at procrastination too. I've been told just to read over your notes after class a few times and that will help you (like you said), what's funny is that that is not hard to do at all but I still get lazy sometimes. I'm thinking we had the same western civ teacher except I dropped him! But I hope you did well on you test

paigy waigy! I totally understand where you're coming from about the whole procrastinating thing. despite good intentions of getting things done before last minute, it seems like there is always something more fun that gets in the way. how about lets work on not procrastinating together :)
